Springwood Guest Cottage
Built soon after the original home, in approximately 1882, Sam Noble had this cottage built as a place for a renowned landscape painter, Christopher Shearer, to stay while painting designated countryside and land for sale in Anniston as well as family portraits. Looking out to the tennis court from the Front Porch, the cottage is warm and lovely with two bedrooms, a bath, living room with fireplace, kitchen, and both front and back porches. Beautifully and fully furnished with many antiques, this Guest Cottage is perfect for a family or for two couples. Because it has its own kitchen, guests cook for themselves here. Government Per Diem accepted for cottage. Pets accepted only at cottage with additional $ 50.00 fee
